With his construction background, Mr. Weintraub will focus his arbitration practice on handling complex construction matters involving defective work, delay-related claims and matters involving construction liens, contracts, bonds and licensing.
An active member of the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee and Chair of the Annual Construction Law Institute, Mr. Weintraub received his BS, BA and JD degrees from the University of Florida, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991.
