Becker & Poliakoff Attorney Lance D. Clouse Appointed to Lead Firm’s Port St. Lucie Office

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, September 10, 2009 – Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., a diversified commercial law firm with more than 130 attorneys in 13 Florida offices, New York City, New Jersey, Nassau, Bahamas, Prague and affiliated international offices, today announced the appointment of attorney Lance D. Clouse to lead the Firm's Port St. Lucie office with responsibility for the Treasure Coast practice area.

Mr. Clouse concentrates his practice in Community Association Law and provides advice and counsel to board members and professional managers of shared-interest residential communities. He has broad experience in areas of law relating to the Community Association practice, including real estate law, drafting and negotiating contracts, foreclosure actions, and residential and commercial landlord/tenant issue.

Previously, Mr. Clouse was based in Becker & Poliakoff’s Ft. Lauderdale office where he practiced Community Association Law with firm co-founder Gary Poliakoff, the author of the recently published book, New Neighborhoods: The Consumer's Guide to Condominium, Co-op and HOA Living.
