Michael Boutzoukas joined the Firm's Tampa Bay office where he focuses his practice on the representation of clients in all types of business and real estate transactions, assisting clients with legal issues arising through ownership or leasing of real property, representation before municipal and regulatory boards, and providing general consultation and guidance in legal matters to small and medium sized business owners. Mr. Boutzoukas graduated from Stetson University School of Law and has been a resident of Pinellas County since 1977. |

Marc Wigder joined the Firm's Commercial Real Estate and Project Development Practice Group in Ft. Lauderdale. He previously served as corporate counsel to a real estate investment firm. His practice is focused exclusively in commercial real estate transactions with a focus on national and international project development, real estate contract negotiations, real estate finance and closings, residential and commercial condominium documentation and supervising developer-controlled boards through turnover, commercial leasing, hospitality law, preparation of Interstate Land Sales Act (HUD) filings, and local and national condominium registrations. Mr. Wigder's clients include real estate investors, and institutional and private owners and developers. He is licensed to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey and is a graduate of New York Law School. |
