Ellen Hirsch de Haan Named "Educator of the Year", by the National Community Association Institute

Ellen Hirsch de Haan, the shareholder in charge of  Becker & Poliakoff's Tampa Bay office, received the "Educator of the Year" award from National Community Association Institute (CAI) for her dedication to teaching, training and writing for various legal and industry publications. She was also installed as the  President of the Foundation for Community Association Research, an organization devoted to common interest community research, development, and scholarship. The Foundation supports and conducts research in the community, homeowner, and condominium association industry. Ms. de Haan has been practicing exclusively in Community Association law since  1986. She served as National President for CAI and has held various positions within the organization.
