LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., a diversified commercial law firm with fifteen offices throughout Florida, today announced the January 4 launch of a series of free half-day seminars to address issues of concern to Florida certified community association managers (CAMs), other community association professionals, board members and residents of common interest ownership housing communities statewide.
Participants in the free half-day seminars will learn the latest information from experienced Community Association attorneys about new legislation impacting communities, legislative advocacy strategies, how communities can contract effectively with vendors and contractors, and new legal cases and regulatory decisions impacting community associations statewide.
Approved for Continuing Education Credits for Community Association Managers, each of the seminars will begin at 9:00 am and run until 12:30 pm, with on-site registration and breakfast beginning at 8:30 a.m.
