Professional Experience
Mr. Wallach is an experienced litigator with a broad range of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. He has practiced extensively in the state and federal courts, successfully defending and prosecuting claims involving a broad range of business and commercial disputes, including those arising under the federal securities laws, the Lanham Act, and the federal civil rights statutes. Mr. Wallach has also handled cases involving trade secret disputes, covenants-not-to-compete, business torts and unfair competition, gaming law, land use and zoning disputes, construction law, insurance coverage disputes, and intellectual property disputes. In addition, Mr. Wallach has significant appellate law experience, having successfully handled appeals in both the state and federal appellate courts. Recently, Mr. Wallach was successful in overturning a $175,000 judgment entered against a corporate shareholder pursuant to the doctrine of piercing the corporate veil. Prior to joining the firm in December 2000, Mr. Wallach gained significant litigation and trial experience with a prominent New York litigation boutique, where his clients included Donald Trump, Carl Icahn, Bob Arum, as well as numerous professional boxers, including former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez.

Mr. Wallach began his legal career as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jacob Mishler, a federal district court judge and the former chief judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Activities & Memberships
Mr. Wallach is a member of the Radio and Television News Directors Association. He has also served as a volunteer attorney with the Lawyers Committee on Human Rights and the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
