Professional Experience
Mr. San Jorge is an attorney who practices with the firm’s Community Association Litigation Group. His practice focuses on the representation of condominium associations, homeowners associations and cooperatives in various litigation, collection and foreclosure actions. A portion of his practice is dedicated to providing in-house title solutions to both clients and the firm as a whole.
Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Mr. San Jorge’s practice was primarily focused in the area of Real Estate law representing buyers, sellers, and institutional lenders in their Real Estate ventures. His experience includes the acquisition and disposition of both residential and commercial property, often involving the examination of title and issuance of title insurance policies. As a compliment to his Real Estate practice, Mr. San Jorge was also engaged in the representation of major national title insurance underwriters that included the evaluation and disposition of title insurance claims, the regulation of title agents and the recovery of assets.
Activities & Memberships
Mr. San Jorge is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and participates in local charities such as Amigos for Kids. He is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar.
