Mr. Rubin's experience includes personal injury (plaintiff and defense), condominium litigation, medical malpractice, insurance disputes and bad faith.
Mr. Rubin has served as a medical malpractice arbitrator, fee expert and Guardian ad Litem. He previously served as Westchester County Assistant District Attorney. Mr. Rubin has 36 jury trials to verdict.
