Professional Experience
Mr. Rubin is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory which is its highest professional rating based on his years of experience and endorsement by his colleagues in the areas of professional conduct, ethics and ability. He has focused his practice exclusively in the area of complex litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense including the defense of hospitals, physicians, dentists and other health care professionals. He has also represented health care professionals before the Florida Board of Health. Mr. Rubin’s experience also includes general liability defense, premised liability, medical malpractice and Medicare reimbursement litigation and maritime salvage. He previously served as House Counsel for an insurance company and as Westchester County Assistant District Attorney. Mr. Rubin has extensive trial experience including 22 civil and 11 criminal jury trials to verdict.

Activities and Memberships
Mr. Rubin served as the Vice President of the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council and is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is also an active member of Temple Beth Orr where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
