Professional Experience
Mr. Miller practices in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, including Employment Law, Construction Law and Collections and Foreclosures. He gained valuable experience in employment related legal matters as an Equal Opportunity Specialist with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Nebraska Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as an Employee Relations Specialist for the Lee County Human Resources Department. Mr. Miller concentrates his employment law practice on representing employers in federal and state discrimination claims and advising employers on defensive strategies for avoiding liability.

Mr. Miller is a member of Calusa Chapter American Inns of Court.
