Professional Experience
Jason Hamilton Mikes is a member of Becker & Poliakoff’s Community Association Law Practice Group. He serves as general counsel to condominium, cooperative, time share and homeowners associations. He also represents country clubs, marinas, master associations and owners' ad hoc committees.
Mr. Mikes is an integral part of his clients’ professional service teams. He provides legal counsel on the application of local, state and federal laws, business counsel to maximize operational efficiency, and political counsel to promote harmonious relations within communities.
Memberships and Activities
Mr. Mikes is a member of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of The Florida Bar, serves on the Policy Advisory Board of the Economic Development Council of Collier County, is a member of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and provides pro bono legal services to St. Matthew’s House.
