George F. Meierhofer

Professional Experience
George Meierhofer is an experienced litigation attorney who has handled all aspects of litigation before federal and state courts and arbitrations before arbitral and self regulatory organizations in various areas of the law including federal and state securities litigation, general business litigation under federal, state, and international law, and insurance litigation. He has handled adversary proceedings and corporate counseling with respect to bankruptcy proceedings throughout the United States, federal and state employment discrimination law and Lanham Act and trademark infringement matters. Additionally, Mr. Meierhofer is experienced in appellate law in various federal courts of appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court and state appellate courts throughout the United States. He has also been involved with the negotiation of contracts including corporate acquisition agreements and employment and severance agreements as well as internal investigations of corporations. Mr. Meierhofer began his career at Weil Gotshal & Manges where he spent ten years in the Business & Securities Litigation Department.
