Professional Experience
Ms. Perez-Martinez practices primarily in the commercial and community association litigation practice groups. Her litigation experience includes the areas of community association, construction, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, legal malpractice, errors and omissions, automobile negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death. She has developed cases from inception to resolution handling all aspects of litigation from client meetings to depositions to hearings and settlement negotiations.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Perez-Martinez spent six years working in the mortgage industry and during law school interned for the Miami Dade Police Department’s Legal Bureau.
