Professional Experience
Mr. Kurian is a Board Certified Construction Lawyer and is a member of the Firm’s Construction Law and Litigation groups. Mr. Kurian has substantial experience representing owners and developers in a variety of construction cases. Mr. Kurian has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts for owners and developers. Mr. Kurian has also drafted and negotiated numerous service contracts on behalf of Association clients. Mr. Kurian has lectured frequently on construction defect litigation, construction warranties, mold issues and hurricane preparedness and recovery.
Mr. Kurian is also a contributor on construction, contract, insurance and litigation issues to the Firm's Community Association & HOA law blog.
Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Gross at the Fourth District Court of Appeal. He also gained valuable experience as an Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
