Professional Experience
Alan Krinzman has a distinguished background in the areas of developer/lender issues on real estate transactions of all types. He is one of only fifteen LEED certified attorneys in the State of Florida. Mr. Krinzman represents his clients with a “think ahead” approach focusing on strategy and long-term planning in each case.
Mr. Krinzman has represented his clients in securing and developing hotel properties, negotiating construction budgets and contracts, licensing, overseeing contractors and architects, and navigating zoning variances and board approvals. Mr. Krinzman has also assisted developers with financing, as well as drafting condominium documents for office buildings, warehouse/office flex space, new residential developments, and residential condominium conversions.
- Developers counsel and owners representative for the acquisition and/or development of various hotels, residential condominiums and apartment projects, and negotiation of related financing documents.
- Construction loan documentation for numerous commercial real estate projects, including mixed-use high rise offices and shopping centers.
- Land development loan documentation for various multi-phase revolving land acquisition and site development loans.
