Professional Experience
Ms. Kalliche has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions and has been a member of the Ft. Lauderdale Real Estate Practice Group since joining the firm in 1998. She provides comprehensive representation to the Town of Southwest Ranches on all of the Town's real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including negotiating terms of contracts for purchase and sale and the review of all title work. She also reviews all proposed plats located within the boundaries of the Town for compliance with Florida Statutes. Additionally, she has been involved in negotiating and drafting Development Agreements on behalf of the Town. Ms. Kalliche is a member of The Real Property Probate and Trust Section of The Florida Bar and is an authorized agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
