Professional Experience
Ms. Farinas-Sabogal is a shareholder in the Firm's Community Association Practice Group and the Litigation Practice Group. In addition to her experience in assisting community associations in their day to day business, management and operational aspects of governing their communities, she assists Boards of Directors, unit owners and community association managers in analyzing and resolving their often complex contractual and transactional disputes and issues.
Ms. Farinas-Sabogal’s practice further extends to involvement and expertise in appellate drafting, practice and proceedings. She has handled appeals involving a broad range of subject matters and argued before a number of tribunals. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Thomas University, School of Law, teaching Appellate Advocacy.
