Professional Experience
Michael De Biase is a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group where he focuses on Business Technology Law. Michael's practice includes intellectual property, business technology transactional and compliance matters, and general corporate issues relating to business operations and transactions.
Mr. De Biase served as a law clerk at several firms including Becker & Poliakoff while in law school gaining experience in a variety of areas such as intellectual property, civil litigation, bankruptcy, real estate and foreclosure laws.
Honors and Awards
During law school, Michael was the Co-Chair of the Association of Business Law Students, as well as the Vice President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity. He also was awarded the distinguished Larry S. Kalevitch Award for the Student Showing the Most Outstanding Promise in the areas of Business and Bankruptcy Law.
