Professional Experience:
Lance Clouse is an attorney in the Firm's Community Association Law Practice Group where he provides advice and counsel to board members and professional managers of multi-family housing communities. In addition, Mr. Clouse has broad experience in other areas of law relating to the Community Association practice including real estate law, drafting and negotiating contracts, foreclosure actions, residential and commercial landlord/tenant issue and more.
