Professional Experience:
Lance Clouse is the Managing Attorney of the Firm’s Port St. Lucie Office. He concentrates his legal practice on community association law, providing advice and counsel to board members and professional managers of multi-family housing communities. In addition, Mr. Clouse has broad experience in other areas of law relating to the Community Association practice including real estate law, drafting and negotiating contracts, foreclosure actions, residential and commercial landlord/tenant issue, cable television issues, hurricane recovery issues, insurance issues and more.
Mr. Clouse has conducted many presentations throughout the Treasure Coast, including to the Treasure Coast Community Association, regarding Board Certification, Hurricane Preparedness, Legislation, as well as many other topics of interest to community association boards of directors, managers and owners. Recently, Mr. Clouse made a presentation to the Space Coast Community Association, Inc. regarding the responsibilities of Board members. He is a member of Condominiums and Homeowners Association of Indian River (CHAIR), and has been a speaker at their meetings.
