Professional Experience
Angela Chao Clark is a member of the Firm’s Community Association Law Practice Group. Her practice includes assisting homeowners and condominium associations with various legal matters ranging from covenant enforcement and amendment, contract review and drafting, collections and foreclosures as well as advising associations about the statutory and documentary guidelines for the daily administration of their communities.

Ms. Clark practiced previously in Houston, Texas where she focused primarily on assisting clients with real estate transactions, title insurance and mortgage transactions. She represented commercial lenders in matters including regulatory compliance, preparation and review of loan documents, contract and leases, closings and curative title work.

Activities & Memberships
She served as a law clerk for the Department of Justice, Criminal Division in Tampa, Florida as well as a state judicial intern for the Judge Rex Martin, Barabs, 13th Circuit, in Tampa, Fla. and as a federal judicial intern for Chief Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Clark earned her J.D. from Stetson University, College of Law where she was Assistant Articles Editor of the Stetson University Law Review and received her B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta.
