Professional Experience
Mr. Christensen concentrates his practice in Community Association Law and Developer Representation, and has practiced for the Firm in these areas since 1989. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Christensen worked for the Florida Department of Business Regulation, Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes examining developer public offering statements for statutory compliance. Subsequently, he served as a Legislative Analyst for the Judiciary Committees of the Florida House of Representatives and Florida Senate, and in the legal department of the Vistana Time-Share Condominium Resort in Orlando where he was responsible for obtaining approvals for Vistana's public offering statements from various state agencies. Finally, with a Master's Degree from Florida State University's Film School, he also practices in the field of entertainment law.
