Professional Experience
Keith E. Broll’s practice of law centers on counseling and litigating on behalf of homeowners and condominium associations, business representation and litigation, real estate related representation and litigation, as well as providing guidance and document preparation for commercial banking transactions.
Mr. Broll began his legal career at a large St. Louis based firm. His work as an associate at that time was almost exclusively as litigation counsel representing a wide array of big businesses such as chemical companies, construction companies, an energy company, insurance entities, manufacturers, securities brokerages, telecommunication companies, banks, a digital duplication company, class 1s and short lines railroads, an agricultural company, and transportation companies. Mr. Broll then relocated to the greater Daytona Beach area and primarily focused on business and real estate representation and litigation, commercial banking transactions, and homeowners and condominium association law.
Activities & Memberships
Mr. Broll is a member of the American Bar Association, the Volusia County Bar Association, and the Flagler County Bar Association. He is active in several area chambers of commerce, and a graduate of both Leadership Daytona Beadch Class XXV and Leadership Ormond Beach Class IV. Mr. Broll is a director on the Volusia County Board for Colonial Bank, N.A., has served on the Children’s Home Society Advisory Board, and regularly participates in many community activities.
