Professional Experience
Mr. Boutzoukas has been practicing law in Florida since 1989 when he was admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His practice includes the representation of clients in all types of business and real estate transactions, assisting clients with legal issues arising through ownership or leasing of real property, representation before municipal and regulatory boards, and providing general consultation and guidance in legal matters to small and medium sized business owners.
Activities & Memberships
Mr. Boutzoukas has also been actively involved in the community, including several years on the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Dunedin (Member, 1992-1999 and Chair, 1996-1999); a member of his church board of directors, and an officer holding the positions of secretary, assistant treasurer, treasurer, and vice-president. And as general counsel to his church, he has donated countless hours of legal services to his church community since 1995.
