Professional Experience
Ms. Ammendola is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and is an associate in the Firm’s Construction Law Group. She represents clients in construction and design defects litigation claims, construction lien disputes, bond claims, and warranty disputes. She has also been involved in the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts for public projects for governmental entities and private residential and commercial projects, as well as the negotiation and preparation of settlement agreements and moratorium agreements.

During law school, Ms. Ammendola interned for the Staff Attorney’s office of Fort Lauderdale where she performed research and drafted memoranda on various legal issues. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a senior news editor for a financial internet company.
